The 13th Conference of the International Schumpeter Society took place at Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre on 21-24 June 2010. The title of the conference was "Innovation, Organisation, Sustainability and Crises".

The International Schumpeter Society
The International Joseph A. Schumpeter Society has more than 400 members from 40 countries. The Society publishes the Journal of Evolutionary Economics and awards the Schumpeter prize. Since the founding conference in 1986, the Society has held biannual open-call conferences. After Aalborg in 2010, the next conference will be held in Australia in 2012 at the University of Queensland. Examples of previous conferences are the 11th Schumpeter Conference in Nice (2006) and the 12th Schumpeter Conference in Rio de Janeiro (2008).

2nd call for submissions for a special JEE issue and a Springer book |

The 2010 ISS Editorial Team is addressing this second call for papers to all participants of the 13th Joseph A. Schumpeter Conference in Aalborg to submit their conference contributions. In the tradition of the International Schumpeter Society it is planned to have one journal publication and an additional book. The targeted journal is the Journal of Evolutionary Economics (JEE) and the book will be published with Springer Publishers. The finalised submissions for these publications MUST be sent to the e-mail address inno@uni-hohenheim.de with the header "Special Issue: ISS Aalborg". We need to receive your submission at latest on October 15th, 2010. |
